A uniform policy of teaching termed as ‘Multiple Intelligences Programme’ is
Based on the continuous research that mind, body and intellect are inseparable,
the programme is based on the four pillars of learning as suggested by Jacques
Delores in his report ‘Treasure Within’ for UNESCO.
It runs on the following model:
Learning to Know
Learning to do
Learning to live
Learning to be
We believe that each individual is blessed with Multiple Intelligences. Here at
BAS Riarki Public School, we have integrated the principle of Multiple
Intelligences into our school curriculum along with four main learning styles i.e.
Visual, Auditory, Read/Write and Kinesthetic.
At BAS Riarki Public School we follow the policy of ‘Emergent Curriculum’.
We believe curriculum emerges while exploring what is socially relevant and intellectually engaging. Emergent Curriculum is not only built on children’s interest but also interest of teachers, parents and society. The values and concerns of all the stakeholders involved help the curriculum and classroom culture evolve.
